Over the past few years, a new stream of strategic management research focused on HRM analysis, and meta-analysis has been done with HRM and customer satisfaction. The calculation of the target model shows that for the effective development of this process, senior management teams need to combine logical and creative skills, such as an aggregate orientation. Finally, a model is presented to understand this sequence, which leads to a cultural change associated with the production of Lean.   UR - https://www.ijmae.com/article_115141.html L1 - https://www.ijmae.com/article_115141_7cfe84ce121e1ffdd6e9fadca32d9d1c.pdf ER -
