The aim of this research is to examine the impact of learning organization on innovation, mediated by the self-efficacy among Multinationals in Malaysia. This study builds on the conceptual framework and further analyses the important factors of learning organization in predicting individual innovation and self-efficacy through critical evaluation of associated theoretical models, literature study and empirical testing. Due to the respondents' proximity, availability and accessibility, this study has used non-probability convenience sampling technique. Data was collected using a Likert-Scale (1-5) questionnaire from 308 who were employed at Multinationals. The reliability and validity of the item construct was tested. A structural equation modelling was carried out to analyse the data via AMOSE 22. The findings indicated that learning organization has a positive significant influence on innovation and self-efficacy. However, the result showed that self-efficacy has no significant effect on innovation. The result showed that the mediating effect of self-efficacy on the relationship between learning organization and innovation was not significant. The overall conclusion is that innovation can be cultivated and enhanced through learning organisation. The theoretical contribution of this research is that learning organisation and self-efficacy are two key determinants of innovation. Practically, this research findings can be used to design training and development programs to enhance learning organisational culture among the employees which in turn engage themselves in innovative behaviour. Managers can also use this research findings to identify and deciding to allocate resource to enhance innovation through most critical aspects of learning organisation than all aspects.

Employee psychological wellbeing has increasingly become a serious problem for organizations’ managers and policymakers globally. The purpose of this paper is to propose a theoretical framework and advance propositions to be validated empirically in future researches. This paper explicates the influence of transformational leadership through self-efficacy on employee psychological wellbeing among faculty staff of HEIs. Being a conceptual paper, it reviewed academic articles on the latent variables of the study in line with theoretical perspectives. The study draws deduction from job demands-resources theory to explain and provide backing for the theoretical model. The paper will assist managers and policymakers, particularly the universities’ management to comprehend the theoretical importance of employee psychological wellbeing in enhancing performance of academics. The paper would stimulate additional studies on employee psychological wellbeing of workers, especially in HEIs. Also, the suggested model would offer several implications for comprehending and supporting employee psychological wellbeing in organizations. More so, this study adds to existing literature on wellbeing

Factors affecting rejection or acceptance of emerging technologies such as mobile banking have caused a high interest in researchers and consumers. Yet, understanding the risks of this technology has remained unknown in this infrastructure. This study aims to investigate multi-dimensional effects of trust and risk factors on initial acceptance of mobile banking. Thus, after representing a theoretical background using applied research method and questionnaire, a multi-dimensional investigation of effects of trust and risk factors on initial acceptance of mobile banking has been represented. The statistical population consists of the customers who referred to branches of bank Saderat across Qazvin city, that sample size (385) was obtained using Cochran formula. To measure validity of questionnaire with referral to scholars, validity of questionnaire was confirmed through Lawshe's formula, and its reliability was obtained through Cronbach's alpha formula. The results of this study indicate that trust and risk factors from six different aspects affect initial acceptance of mobile banking. To investigate effects of research variables, methods of inferential statistics including SPSS and LISREL software have been used. The results of research indicated that ninth hypothesis among 10 hypotheses was not confirmed.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between emotional intelligence and self-efficacy with job burnout among primary school teachers in Babol (Mazandaran, Iran). This is a descriptive correlational study clearly based on structural equation modeling (SEM). The participants of this study were 225 of public primary school teachers in Babol in academic year 2013-14 that were selected via cluster random sampling method. Participants completed Maslach and Jackson's Job Burnout Inventory (MBI) (1996), Teacher Self-Efficacy Questionnaire (by Tschannen-Moran, Woolfolk, 2001) and Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire (by Schutte, 1998) and reliability and validity of these questionnaires were obtained. Results of Pearson correlation showed that all emotional intelligence, job burnout and self-efficacy components are mutually correlated with each other (p <0.01(. Implementing structural equation modeling (SEM) for casual relationship between emotional intelligence and job burnout through mediator variable self-efficacy, we found that the proposed model has a good fit and burnout is well explained by emotional intelligence and self-efficacy. Also all of the model path coefficients were significant.
