The objective of this research is to identify the correlation between Information Availability/Content, Ease of Use, Privacy/Security, Graphic Style, Reliability/ Fulfillment towards one dependent variable (Purchase Intention). In this research, data were collected through questionnaire to 120 respondents using purposive sampling method for people who live in Jakarta. Data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. The result indicates that Information Availability/Content (X1) has no significant influence towards Purchase Intention by using smartphone in Tokopedia. The variables Ease of Use/Usability (X2), Privacy/Security (X3), Graphic Style (X4), Reliability/ Fulfillment (X5) have positive significant influence to the Purchase Intention. Then, through the F- test, the five dimensions of E-service Quality have simultaneously significant influence toward Purchase Intention. The predictive ability of these five variables towards Purchase Intention in this study is 63.8% while the remaining is affected by other factors that are not included in this research.

Today the use of modern technologies in the daily life for satisfying the needs is unavoidable. Follow the news and searching through the internet has affected organizations to provide platform on the Internet for availability of information for the customers. With the development of e-commerce, online shopping plays an increasingly important role in people’s life. With the use of data mining technique prospect, managers of this site can analyze preferences and purchasing patterns of online customers in order to custom product recommendations. Data mining helps to provide services in accordance with customers’ requirements. The aim of this research is to identify the customers’ requirements in online shopping and cluster these customers based on independent attributes such as gender, product classification, recency, frequency and monetary. For this purpose, the data related to Nyazco website that is an e-commerce website with a variety of products, were examined as a case study in the period of 7 months. The authors of this paper will define four clusters by using k-means algorithm and RFM model by IBM SPSS Modeler 14.2 software. Customers in the third cluster and fourth cluster will be identified as the most important customers. Therefore, providing the demands of these customers should be prioritized.

Recently, e-commerce usage has been increasing in the world thanks to the rapid development of science and technology. Also in Turkey, it began to be used by the consumers and firms due to the various advantages. The aim of this study is to analyze the factors affecting e-commerce development in Turkey. The study consists of three parts. In the first part, general information about e-commerce has been given. In the second part, literature has been reviewed. In the third part, econometric analysis has been made. Factors affecting e-commerce in Turkey have been analyzed by using vector autoregressive (VAR) model. Monthly macro data for the period between 2010 and 2014 has been used for the analyses. Empirical evidence shows that consumer price index, import and credit card usage are significant factors affecting e-commerce in Turkey.

The purpose of this paper is to study whether mobile payment is a better payment method compared to cash and credit. Mobile payment is an innovative way of paying our bill using our mobile devices. However, it has failed to live up to its expectation when it first introduced to the market decades ago with various of impeding factors like cost, complexity, lack of trust from the consumers as well as limited network externalities. Today, with the advance of technology, consumers’ demand for a faster and convenient payment method as well as the implementation of many merchants or companies, mobile payment is starting to replace conventional payment method. As a whole, this research paper concludes that mobile payment is going to replace cash and credit and to be successful globally in the near future.
