In the accounting position, there has been a great deal of spotlight on the utilization of blockchain innovation, particularly in developing countries, where apparently remarkable assumptions ought to be acknowledged in the near future. The objective of this study is to recognize the prerequisites that should be met for the effective execution of blockchain innovation in developing nations. Our study was directed with regard to Iran, a developing nation. A qualitative research method (thematic method) was employed for this study, with the statistical population comprising blockchain, information technology, and accounting specialists in Iran. By using purposeful and snowball sampling techniques, we collected a total of 20 samples. We conducted semi-structured interviews to gather data for later analysis. The result of this study revealed that IT infrastructure, institutional, social, strategic, and organizational requirements are all crucial prerequisites for the successful deployment of blockchain technology in the accounting industry in developing countries. The study offers a blockchain implementation roadmap for the accounting industry.

The role of Information Technology (IT) in service organizations like banks and insurance offices is very important. These organizations are developing IT-based services because in this way they apply not only more economical methods comparing to traditional methods but also they could increase the innovating and fascinating aspects of IT-based services. In this essay, we have investigated the influence of information technology on insurance policy sales from the view of the property insurance experts in Iran Insurance, Tehran. The statistical population is all the staff of Iran Insurance at Tehran branches who are working in property insurance section and using information technology. After gathering questionnaires, we have described and categorized data from descriptive statistics prospection. Then, we have tested the hypotheses using one-sample T test. According to the results, information technology investing which has been considered from four aspects- Communication frequency, decreasing consumers waiting time, cost reduction and developing innovation in products- would lead to insurance policy sales increasing.

The purpose of this research is to design a model of effective development factors of e-government services in Iranian ministries. The present study tried to explore organizational and external factors in Iranian ministries (ministry of labor and social affairs, ministry of youth affairs and sports, ministry of foreign affairs, ministry of petroleum, ministry of Economic Affairs and Finance, ministry of energy, ministry of information and communications technology, ministry of interior, and ministry of education) influencing development of e-government services by a model. The model surveyed 287 individuals including managers and experts of e-government units (departments) in Iranian ministries through interviews and a questionnaire. Research variables and data were analyzed by SPSS, LISREL, and structural equations. Research results indicate that senior management and human resources largely influenced development of e-government services in organizational factors dimension; respecting to external environment factors, and information and communicative dimension, cultural and social contexts, as well as online security level and easy access to the websites of ministries largely influenced development of e-government services, respectively.

This study is done to examine the role of automated information system on employees’ effectiveness and productivity in Telecommunication organization, Shiraz, Iran. Sample population includes employees of Telecommunication organization; 50 employees were selected as participants. This study is s a research survey and it is of descriptive type. Test instruments include Achieve Questionnaire. This study which is performed by the updated information system indicate that there is a direct and meaningful relationship among innovation, creativity, customers’ satisfaction, employees’ efficiency and Information technology variables. The role of employees support in the form of providing new technologies, helping employees to understand and easily making use of them are discussed in performance of the organization. It is observed that is organizational plan in employing new information systems is influential not just in a faster communication among employees, but also in emerging innovations and satisfaction among employees and customers. Cutting edge information technology plays its role as a life saver to an organization not so much high in service-efficiency.

The present study aims to investigate the relationship between applying information technology and achieving organizational excellence in the state banks of the city of Marivan. The research model is taken from Martinez’s information technology and Peters and Waterman’s organizational excellence models. Research method is descriptive-correlational. Research population includes all the employees of state banks in the city of Marivan. Among this population, samples containing 120 employees were selected based on Cochran’s formula, stratified and simple random sampling. Two questionnaires were used to collect data and their reliability was measured, using Cronbach’s Alpha. The reliability of organizational excellence questionnaire was 0/805 and the reliability of information technology questionnaire was 0/758 which are indicative of the reliability of the questionnaires. The validity of the questionnaires was assessed based on experts’ opinions. Pearson’s correlation, linear regression, and structural equation modeling based on SPSS19 and LISREL8.80 were used for data analysis. The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between the dimensions of information technology in administration, communication, decision-making support, and planning with organizational excellence. In other words, there is a significant and positive relationship between applying information technology and achieving organizational excellence.
